At the moment we are managing several flats for different landlords in North London, both in zone 2 and zone 3.
365CPS.com Ltd is not the owner of the flats; these are the landlords. We see ourselves as the connection
between the landlord and the customer; the landlord can be sure we take care of the reservation of the
rooms and of advertising his flats. The customer can trust in us that we demand a consistently high standard
of rooms and services from our partner landlords. We choose our partners thoroughly to be able to offer
good and affordable accommodation in London.
The flat-shares are perfect for long-term stays; our target group are travellers, students and everybody
else who wishes to live in a fully equipped flat during his/her stay rather than in a hotel.
Our aim is to make communication between both sides, the customer and the landlord, easier, so that both
the customer and the landlord will be content with the arrangement.
